Central Oregon Locavore, Local Commerce Alliance and Whole Foods have teamed up to bring you quarterly Meet The Maker Markets in an effort to engage local shoppers with local farmers.
These quarterly “pop-up” markets allow farmers to reach a broader customer base that might otherwise not have discovered the myriad of local products available within the region.
Meet the Maker Markets are part of a larger initiative from Whole Foods Market called “From Around Here” in which Whole Foods Market strives to support it’s local community by carrying and promoting products that are grown, raised, harvested, produced or within the state of Oregon.
